Making stationery from scratch using Tubes in
Paint Shop Pro, version 7

If you need the Floral66.tub  Unzipped,
Floral66.tub Zipped
download and place it in your tube folder.

Open Paint Shop Pro.
Click on File, New,

Click on the Tube Icon and use the Floral66
Scale 55
Steps 8 (Be sure this is set to a low # )

In this next step you will click to insert the tube, but you
MUST click and hold the click down, drag the graphic to the left.
Click and hold down at 80 x 80 pixies, drag it all the way off the picture to the left,
no need to be perfect here.
Click and drag the tube again,
70 x 285 pixels location was use for the bottom section.

Gap and Width Size 1, Opacity 100.
Pick any color from the graphic that you want to use for the Weave and Gap.
Fill gaps checked or unchecked. Use the one that gives you the best results.

Selections, Select None.
Now click on the Text Icon and sign you masterpiece.

To save it.
I like to save it this way.
Click on File, Export, JPEG Optimizer. Now you have control over
the compression value. The lower the #, the sharper the graphic. A higher #
will give you a smaller file size, but the quality of the graphic will suffer.
I normally save it using it between 1 and 20. Usually 20+ and the picture will suffer.

As my first stationery teacher (KathyO) would say
Congratulations!! You Did it!

This is a sample of my Tube Stationery.

A special Thanks to KathyO.
She is the one that got me started in stationery a couple of years ago.
Thanks Ronnee and Janet for inspiring and helping me with this tut.

Coming soon.
Next we will make a full page stationery using your new Floral graphic.
