I'm using the bearsimple.tub
You can download it and put it in your tube folder.
Open a new image 300x300, White background.
I Scaled this to 70 and inserted it in the top left corner.
Add a new Raster Layer and flood fill with
white.
Slide the slider to about 50.
Click on Layers, Merge, Merge all.
Click on Effects, Gaussian Blur.
Setting anyplace between 8 and 10, OK.
Add new layer.
Add the Bear to your graphic, but this
time
Scaled to around 60.
You can move him in place by first clicking on the
Mover Icon (The arrow), that click on the bear
and drag it is place.
Add a Drop Shadow
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow.
Setting:
Vertical and Horizontal minus 5
Attributes 50, Blur 5
Color black. OK.
To get this font effect I added my name.
Click on Layer, Delete.
It only looks like it is gone forever, but
now you add a black drop shadow
with Vertical and Horizontal set at one,
Opacity 100, Blur 0.
