The below Updated 16 Sept 2001
I got a note from Nancy & Tom.

What do I do after I have my new quill?
How do I get the quill out of the picture?
Thanks so much! Nancy.

Open you new quill graphic in PSP.
Click on the magic wand.
Click on the Tool Options Icon.
Have a very low number, such as 1 in the Tolerance box.
Feather 0.
Click on the white area in your first graphic.
Click on your Invert Selection Icon.
Now Click on File, Save As. Type in a name in the Fine Name Box.
Save As Type = PSP Image.
Now you can always open your new file and it will have the
Marching Ants around it. Never work from the original. Press
Shift+D to make a copy. Close the original.

To mirror the feather in the other direction press Crtl+M
