A Weave background.
This Tut is using Paint Shop Pro 7
and a Candy Eye 4000 filter.
Click on Icon to see the final results,

Click on the Icon below and save the Weave1.jpg graphic.
Open Weave1.jpg in Paint Shop Pro (PSP)
Make a copy, Shift+D. Close the original. This
will be your Image # 1.
Click on Effects, Plug-in Filters, Candy Eye
4000, Weave, OK.
Click on Layer, New Raster Layer, OK.
Flood fill Layer 1 with white. Slide the Layer
1 slider over to around 60.
Click Layers, Merge, Merge All.

Click Effects, Textured Effects, Texture. Find
one to your liking.
I used Smoothness 0,
Depth 1, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color white.
Scale 25. Intensity 50, Elevation
30.
Now we want to make it seamless.
Click on Effects, Plug-in Filters, FM Tile Tools, Seamless Tile.
Use the default settings of 0.250 Apply.
You will use the Seamless Tile effect twice. Once with the
Vertical box checked, and once unchecked.
Our graphic is 410x346 pix.
Click on File, New, 1024 Wide, 346 Height.
Ctrl+A to select all.
Click on your weave graphic to make it the active one.
Ctrl+C to copy it.
Click on your 1024 wide graphic.
Click Edit, Paste, Into Selection.
Make your Image1 the active window.
Click Selections, Select All.
Click Selections, Modify, Contract 20, OK.
Click Selections, Invert.
Click Effects, 3D Effects, Outer Bevel, Preset Metallic, OK.
Click Selections, Select None.
Click Image, Resize. Percentage checked with Width and Height set at 90. Resize
all layers and Maintain aspect ratio should also be checked. OK.
Click Selection, Select all.
Make your 1024 wide graphic your active window.
Click Edit, Paste, As New Selection.
You can now
drag it to the left side and center it.
Click Image, Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow.
Setting at 3 for Vertical and Horizontal.
Opacity 90, Blur 6, Color Black. OK
Click Selection, Select None.
Now we want to sign our master piece.
Click on the A icon to bring up the Text Entry box.
Here I'm using Amaze, size 12. Click on Standard text. Doesn't matter here what
the Fill color is. OK.
Click Image, Rotate, Left 90*. All Layers is UNchecked, OK.
Click and drag it to the right side of the main graphic.
Click Layers, Delete.
Click Effects, 3D, Drop Shadow. Vertical and Horizontal set a 1, Opacity at 100,
Blur 0, Color Black. OK.
Congratulations, you did it.
Time to save your work.
I use File, Export, Jepg Optimizer. Changing the Compression value will show you
what size the file will be when it is saved. This time I use the value of 10,
and the file size is about 86,271 bytes. OK
Give it a file name, and save it.
Click on Icon to see the final results,
